Import a day-by-day itinerary document (like the ones Carole drafts) into a trip. Trip-wide notes go into the trip's Description; day-by-day notes are added as "Notes" entries; anything marked "(booked)" is checked against existing entries so you can add or fix them yourself. Nothing is saved until you press Commit to trip.
